Integration in a historic building
The world’s largest eyewear company Luxottica is running in the retail market under the brand Sunglass Hut. The company operates over 2000 retail outlets and it’s a benchmark in its industry and in the retail market.
Its stores are accurate spaces where design is a leitmotiv.
For its new flagship in Barcelona they have choose a unique location, Palau Pignatelli, an historic building in Barcelona.
In this refurbishment, the preservation and a special sensivity towards the environment was vital.
The challenge was to integrate all the solutions that the brand is implementing in its points of sale according to the architectural demands of the space.
The final result is a perfect fusion of technology, architecture and content.
